Author Guidelines
The manuscripts file should be type written in MS words and between 4000 to 7000 words. Within this length of document incorporates the abstract, tables, and references. The font size of paper is 12-point with double-spacedfollowing 7th edition of APA format throughout. Articles should be submitted at the end of November at polsc@pncampus.edu.np. If you have any query, please feel free to contact us directly. Submit your manuscript file containing the following components.
Title of the Article: The title of the article should be, between 5 and 15 words in length, catchy and carry main message of the research as well as measuring variables. In addition to these,name of the authors and his or her affiliation, including corresponding email address of the author/s must be included in the document.
Abstract: Describe the objectives, clearly states the theoretical approach, methods and other instruments that were used during the study, results, and conclusions of the paper, within 150 words.
Keywords: Not more than 5 words or phrases.
Introduction: Please write the first line of this part with a strong sentence.Hereafter, keep the introduction of the research topic on global, national and local levels and statement of the problem at the end of the paragraph to make interesting for the readers. Explain in or two sentences why this study is important ad objective of the study. The introduction should be like that of funnel style based on concept of manuscript.
Literature Review and Approach of the Study:Literature review is the most important part of the article to find the measuring variables and in developing approach. Approach is an angle of the study of a particular problem and explaining the phenomena from the same angle, for example system approach, elites approach, actor oriented approach etc. Thus, don’t mentioned simply what is written on the topic by others scholars.
Materials and Methods: This section includes what information is collected, from whom and where, the materials and techniques used to collect information in detailed.
Data Presentation: Data presentation section contains several sub headings and explanation.
Discussion and Conclusion: The discussion part starts with the research question as mentioned in the introduction. Likewise, the findings linked with the exiting knowledge Otherwise, the essay will be a personal story. As well as suggestions also include in some cases for further improvement of existing situation.
References: The journal follows APA style. It uses the author/date method of citation in which the author's last name and the year of the publication are inserted in the actual text of the paper.
Printed journal papers: Name/s and initial(s) of author/s, year in brackets, full title, name of the journal, volume number and first and last page numbers.
Books: Name/s of author/s, year in brackets, full title, edition, publishers, place of publication, page number.
Citation: In the case of secondary work, put the name of original work and give a citation for the secondary source. Responsibility for the accuracy of references rests entirely with the author.
Electronic article with URL: Online journal articles are cited much more similar to print reference article.Name of the author/s, title of the article, volume and page number but accurate URL/DOI and pages should be included.
Editorial Policies: The journal aims to publish by maintaining quality and avoiding academic dishonesty. All the submitted articles received by the research committee will send for blind peer reviewersto experts only after if they are found appropriate by the committee members. The document that does not meet the standards of the journal will be rejected before peer-review.
