The accepted paper for publication will not be published anywhere without the permission of the Editorial Board. The submitted paper will undergo a double-blind review process and are then subject to approval by the Editorial Board. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nHowever, the ideas and opinions expressed in the papers published in the Journal of Nepalese Business Studies will be held responsible by the respective authors and in no way represent views and policies of the Faculty of Management and the Editorial Board. Authors submitting a paper should comply with the following guidelines: \n<\/p>\n<div class=\"chuda\">\n<ol>\n<li>Submitted manuscripts should be written in English.  <\/li>\n<li>All submissions should be a single Microsoft Word file, with tables and figures (graphs) embedded there. Tables and figures must have captions and should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Please check that your text contains a reference to each table or figure. Tables or figures are not compatible with the portrait orientation in the text. Each landscape orientated table or figure should be typed on a separate page at the end of the paper. Authors must obtain permission from the original source owners for any materials they include in their articles.<\/li>\n<li>A manuscript must have a minimum of 4,000 words, but should not exceed 7,000 with single line space in A4 size paper and written in Times New Roman 12 point font size.  <\/li>\n<li>4.\tPapers should be consistent in style throughout, especially if different authors have contributed sections. All submissions are expected to contain scholarly citations, including layout formats of APA (7th edition) style. The following components should be included in all papers to be submitted for publication: <\/li>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li> \tAuthor's information (name, position, affiliation, address, email address; the corresponding author\u2019s name if the article is co-authored)<\/li>\n<li> \tAbstract (not more than 250 words) <\/li>\n<li> \tKeywords (not more than five words or phrases) <\/li>\n<li> \tMain headings (sub-headings are optional; include an introduction, body with several headings, and conclusion) <\/li>\n<li>Acknowledgements (if any) <\/li>\n<li>References <\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n<li>All submissions must include a cover page that bears the title of the article, the author\u2019s name and affiliation, and an abstract with keywords. The name of the author should not appear in any part of the text. <\/li>\n<li>All submissions will be anonymously reviewed by peers to determine whether the articles meet the required criteria.  <\/li>\n<li>When an author reproduces the idea of another person and pretends it is his\/her own, that is considered plagiarism. When something is copied without permission, its is considered copyright infringement. We do not accept copyright infringement and plagiarism. The respective authors should take all ethical responsibilities including plagiarism and copyright infringement for the submitted and published articles. If submitted articles are found plagiarized they will directly be rejected without review. The authors should also agree on the terms and conditions of the copyright authorization of the articles to the journal while submitting the final version of the articles.<\/li>\n<li>Authors are required to disclose conflict of interest if they have any.<\/li>\n<li>9.\tSubmissions that deviate from the above guidelines will not be returned to the author(s) for correction but the author(s) will be informed about the status of the paper. <\/li>\n\t<li>10.\tFor any dispute regarding the selection of the manuscript for publication, the decision of the editorial board will be final. Two reviewers (professors) are assigned to each paper and they are national and international reviewers. The process takes approximately two months to complete. Reviewed papers are sent to the authors for correction along with the reviewer's comments.  The papers are divided into two parts: title page and anonymised manuscript. The title page is kept separate from the manuscript throughout the peer review process and is not sent to the reviewers. The title page includes the manuscript title, all authors' names and affiliations, address of the corresponding author, including an e-mail address and acknowledgements. Any identifying information in the anonymised manuscript is checked to ensure that there remains no identity of the authors.\n\n<br><br>\n\t<b>Open Access Policy<\/b><br>\nThis is an open-access journal and appears both in print and online. The online version is available on the websites of Prithvi Narayan Campus and Nepal Journals (https:\/\/ejournals.pncampus.edu.np\/) and NepJOL (https:\/\/www.nepjol.info\/index.php\/JNBS). The paper published in this journal can be retrieved from different search engines including Google Scholar.
